THREE goals in ten second-half minutes inspired Gosport Borough to a shock win against National League North Oxford City.
Going into the match under returning manager Ross Jenkins, City controlled large parts of the first period, looking particularly threatening on the wings. Eleven minutes in, good work saw Josh Ashby in space on the left and his ball across the face of goal found Alfie Potter in space to slot home.
Both Zac McEachran and Potter had chances to extend the lead but couldn’t beat Ryan Gosney.
