STREET’S END PAVES THE WAY FOR DUO

FANS’ club 1874 Northwich have appointed assistant manager Paul Bowyer and coach Wayne Goodison as caretaker bosses following the resignation of Ian Street after nearly four seasons in charge.
Street quit the high riding Hallmark Security North West Counties Premier club after last Saturday’s 4-1 home defeat by close rivals Runcorn Linnets – their third loss in a row and his 150th game in charge – effectively ended the club’s promotion hopes.
