LEAMINGTON came from behind as they edged out National League North rivals Curzon Ashton.
Curzon were ahead on six minutes, Kieran Dunbar conceding a needless free-kick. Matthew Crothers played a perfect ball in for Niall Cummins to strike a close range shot home.
Leamington levelled when Joe Magunda glanced in Dunbar’s free-kick five minutes before half time.
James Ballie put through his own goal seven minutes into the second half to hand Leamington the lead before Ahmed Obeng stepped off the bench to win a penalty with his first involvement in the game.
