MARC RICHARDS wants Gloucester City’s players to start living up to their potential following his appointment as the beleaguered Tigers’ boss.
The 35-year-old is stepping up from his role as assistant manager to Tim Harris, who walked away this month.
Harris managed more than 300 Gloucester games and was also the National League South club’s commercial manager but felt he could no longer continue.
The club’s hierarchy have come under increasing pressure from fans over the lack of progress on their return to the city.
