MATT Bateman scored a superb hat-trick as Berkhamsted stormed into the next round of the FA Trophy with an emphatic win over South Park.
The forward gave Berko the lead on 29 minutes with a well taken goal but South Park immediately equalised on 31 minutes courtesy of Andrew Herring.
Bateman’s penalty restored the lead on 33 minutes before Will Summerfield made it 3-1 after great work from James Towell.
In the second half, a 20- yard wonder strike from new signing Connor Toomey on 75 minutes made the tie safe.
