THREE straight red cards and two penalty awards were the talking points in a tie that threatened an upset but in the end, went the way of the higher-placed Angels.
After just 12 minutes, Angels defender Sonny Miles was sent off for violent play.
Whyteleafe took control and, with most of their best moves coming through Daniel Hector, it was no surprise when the midfielder stepped up to have a go himself with a 20-yarder that beat Jonny Henly in the 36th minute.
