HARRY Rush helped to inspire Hanwell to victory as they eventually ground down visitors Cray.
The visitors had begun brightly but faded and the Geordies, with skipper Rush here, there and everywhere, dominated possession.
However, it took a setpiece to break the deadlock. Mat Mackenzie’s long throw into the box was nodded on by Chid Onokwai for Dan Rowe to head into the net.
