A LUIS ROSE double ensured the Nomads recorded their first win in the FA Trophy against ten-man Corby.
The home side’s Freddie Robinson registered the game’s first shot on target before the visitors tested Nomads keeper Conrad Logan.
Rose opened the scoring in the 20th minute with a calm finish. The in-form striker showed his class with a wonderful second, picking the ball up in his own half before beating two Corby defenders and lobbing the ball over Ben Heath.
