PLAYING with just 10 men for more than half of the match, Southall finally succumbed to Leatherhead at the 1878 stadium, despite being the first to score.
The first half was a very tightly fought contest, with both teams having chances to score but a combination of good goalkeeping and some poor finishing kept the score at 0-0.
