WYTHENSHAWE TOWN got off to a flying start in their Vase campaign when Aaron Dwyer put them ahead with a superb individual effort after cutting in and drilling low beyond Sam Riches.
After suffering the early set-back, Goole equalised on 24 minutes when Kieran Mortimer headed the ball over Callum Jakovlevs.
The Vikings then took the lead themselves just after the half-hour mark when a failed clearance fell to Devonte Newman- Morton and he slotted home to turn the tie on its head.
But the set-back just spurred Wythenshawe on and the hosts were back...
