BRIDGWATER UNITED made sure they were the first club in the hat for the fourth-round draw on Monday after a magnificent second half display to beat Hellenic League favourites Cribbs at Fairfax Park on Friday night.
A crowd close to 300 saw the Robins play half the game with ten men following the sending off of young striker Jack Thorne and despite seven of the regular squad being missing won with a stunning goal just after the break when man of the match George King’s inch-perfect cross was nodded home for his 12th goal of the season by Jack Taylor.
