REGENT started the celebrations after a 4-1 victory over Romford secured them the Ryman North title.
With nearest rivals Maldon and Tiptree only managing a draw in their game, the R’s were confirmed champions of the North section.
The day had started promisingly with Phil Kelly putting them ahead on two minutes, though the home supporters had to wait until five minutes before the break for a second, courtesy of Billy Hunt.
