BOGNOR REGIS have gone from their youngest ever manager to their eldest in the space of a week.
The National League South club have endured a traumatic close season which started with the resignation of Jamie Howell hours after they won the Ryman Premier play-offs.
Howell went to rivals Eastbourne Borough and it took around two months for the Rocks to name his successor. Defender Sami El-Abd, 28, was eventually given the role of playermanager at Nyewood Lane, but it was announced this week that he had a change of heart.
