WORCESTER City officials and fans are set to appeal against a second refusal of planning permission for their proposed 4,400-capacity stadium at Perdiswell Park.
The club has six months to lodge an appeal following the decision by the city council’s planning committee to turn down the Midland League Premier Division new boys’ scheme to return to their home city – again on the casting vote of chairman Coun Chris Mitchell.
