AS THE National League fixtures were revealed this week, a sense of realisation dawned on Chorley boss Jamie Vermiglio over just what his side have achieved.
The Magpies came through dramatic penalty shoot-outs in the playoffs against Altrincham and Spennymoor Town last season to secure a return to Non- League’s highest tier for the first time in almost 20 years and the former midfielder, who combines his managerial duties with being the headmaster of a local school, can’t wait to get started.
