THE DEADLOCK remained unbroken in this occasionally-tetchy affair despite no shortage of attacking intent from both Histon and Corby.
Histon had most of the territorial advantage in the first half, they failed to seriously test the Corby defence and the best chances of the game fell to the visitors.
The Steelmen emerged for the second half with more vigour and put Histon under prolonged periods of pressure.
