CHIPSTEAD moved into the next round of the after some late action which could have produced a very different outcome.
Chipstead took the lead on the hour mark, as Sam Bell rose majestically to head home Dan Moody’s cross.
They had more chances to extend their lead notably through Hudson again twice, but Romania didn’t give up and kept plugging away, forcing keeper Oliver Pain into action.
He was powerless to keep out sub Lawrence Neuruba’s header from Cirjan’s corner with ten minutes to go.
