WILY Andy Hessenthaler wore a satisfied smile as his game plan worked a treat to frustrate play-off hopefuls Notts County.
The Dover Athletic boss justifiably bigged up the theoretical divide between the teams both before and after this battle yet ensured there wasn’t much between the sides on the pitch.
Enzio Boldwijn went closest to winning it for Notts when his 20-yard free-kick in the tenth and last minute of added time came back off Lee Morgan’s post but Hessenthaler’s men merited a point.
