Hair-raising decisions prove costly

I WAS at the Sutton United v Bromley game on Easter Monday – a match marred by a disastrous performance by referee Neil Hair.
First, Sutton goalkeeper Jamie Butlerwas only yellow carded for a foul on George Porter in the penalty area when it should have been a red, then he overruled his assistant in chalking off a perfectly good Bromley goal with the scorer, Brandon Hanlan, a good three yards onside.
