I CAN NOT understand why The FA would want to reduce the second division of the Toolstation Western League as part of its Allocation Committee’s proposals for Step 5 and 6 reallocations.
If it were to stand, it would limit this Step 6 league to an unviable 18 clubs and relegate a couple of big clubs at this level such as Warminster Town and Portishead Town when there are no feeder...
