DAN WOODHEAD has quit Huntingdon Town after being replaced by former manager Jimmy Brattan.
Brattan quit the United Counties League Division One side after the end of last season, claiming he jumped before he was to be pushed, in the belief that a replacement was being lined up for him.
Days later, 30-year-old Woodhead was installed as his replacement after a brief spell in charge of Eynesbury Rovers’ reserve side.
Woodhead lost six out of seven games in charge, including a 12-1 mauling at Anstey Nomads, with Brattan’s return announced 48 hours after that result.
