CHIEF: Hemel boss Joe Deeney
PATIENT Hemel Hempstead Town have appointed Joe Deeney as their new manager.
The National League South side have been without a number one since September 18 when long-standing boss Dean Brennan left for league rivals Billericay Town.
Senior player Jordan Parkes has since been in charge, initially standing in alongside Darren Ward, and oversaw just one loss in four league games, but suffered a 5-0 defeat last month in the FA Cup fourth round qualifying at the hands of Oxford City.
