AN 87TH-MINUTE winner from captain Andy Drury earned Ebbsfleet United what could be a vital win in this battle of play-off hopefuls.
Garry Hill’s men led from as early as the eighth minute through Michael Cheek, only for Jack Muldoon to level for the hosts five minutes after the break.
But Drury popped up to convert a late free-kick routine to take Fleet to within five points of the play-off places.
“We came out of the blocks very fast, we were in the ascendency and looked like a team really coming here to attack more than defend,” Hill said.
