HASTINGS United returned to winning ways with a 2-1 home victory over Faversham Town.
Faversham started brightly but fell behind after conceding a penalty on 11 minutes. Daniel Ajakaiye was brought down in the area and Sam Adams converted the spot-kick.
Jordy Mongoy came close to extending United’s lead but was denied by Faversham keeper Will Godman and the visitors drew level when Liam King fired home after latching on to a misplaced pass by Sam Cruttwell.
The second half was largely uneventful but United notched the win...
