WESTON-SUPER-MARE plan to appoint a full-time playermanager to replace Marc McGregor.
The Seagulls are rock bottom of the National League South and, with just five wins all season, opted to relieve the 40-year-old of his managerial duties in a bid to plan for the future.
McGregor could still be offered a role within the club but ideally they hope to appoint a player-boss who will be given the time to “scout players, scout opponents and progress the squad and academy by offering more time to training”.
