NOTTS COUNTY will play in the National League next season after their 131-year stay in the Football League came to an end with a defeat at Swindon Town.
The Magpies were beaten 3-1 on the final day of the League Two season to confirm relegation to Non-League.
The oldest professional football club held the third highest average attendance in the division of 7,357 at Meadow Lane despite a torrid season.
