HAVERHILL Rovers this week appointed Fergus O’Callaghan as the successor to the management duo of former QPR defender Shane Wardley and Dario Seminerio.
O’Callaghan had been assistant to Trevor Newman at fellow Eastern Counties Premier club Walton-le-Willows, and Haverhill officials were impressed by the way the village club managed a ninth-place finish. It will be O’Callaghan’s first job as manager in his own right.
