NOTTS COUNTY staff have received a £25,000 donation from the club’s membership scheme ‘Lifeline’ to help pay their wages.
Employees are yet to receive their June salaries as a result of the National League side’s financial crisis.
Lifeline, formed in 1986, is an independent fund-raising organisation designed to help Notts and has contributed £211,000 since January 2017.
The cash is being shared among staff, “who do not benefit from any external financial assistance”.
