TITLE-winning manager Craig Denton has taken over the reins at Northern Counties East outfit Barton Town.
Denton, who led Worksop Town to the Premier Division title last year, replaces David Ricardo who was sacked by the Swans last month.
He has named former Winterton Rangers manager Rob Watson at his number two, with Ian Durnian, James Humphreys and Wayne Thompson as coaches.
Ricardo’s departure came after their 5-2 defeat at Grimsby Borough left Barton second from bottom in the table.
