TONBRIDGE ANGELS turned the form book on its head with a resounding win against a Braintree Town side who came into the game unbeaten in their last six league games.
Jack Parter rounded the Braintree defence for the hosts after 21 minutes and put in a low cross from the left that was converted by Tom Derry for the opener.
Five minutes later and D’Sean Theobalds beat Michael Johnson from the spot to double the hosts’ advantage.
