FALMOUTH TOWN boss Andrew Westgarth admits he thought his side’s brave FA Vase run was over for another year.
Trailing 2-0 at home to Longlevens with barely seconds left, Luke Brabyn’s penalty gave the Ambers a glimmer of hope before Jack Webber’s dramatic leveller forced extra-time.
Brabyn then converted from the spot again to complete the miraculous turnaround and keep the Cornish side’s Vase dream alive in front of a bumper 476 crowd, whose jubilant scenes from behind the goal went viral.
