ALVECHURCH were unable to take their chances, as they were held to a goalless draw by Leiston.
On a windy afternoon at Lye Meadow, it was the visitors who had the first chance of the game, with William Davis’ long striker forcing Church keeper Matthew Sargeant into a low save. Sargeant was then on hand to save easily from Lesiton full-back Kyle Hammond before Alvechurch began to dominate.
