Manager Bates gutted committee have lost reward

WEST Allotment Celtic manager Jay Bates has admitted that he feels sorry for the club’s committee after they were denied promotion by the Football Association’s decision to void the season.
The Northern League Division Two leaders had moved to within touching distance of a return to the league’s top tier after an overwhelmingly successful season.
