NON-LEAGUE great Geoff Chapple insists football must bring back regionalisation to save the national game.
Chapple – a five-time FA Trophy winner with Woking and Kingstonian – echoed the calls of Havant & Waterlooville manager Paul Doswell for innovative thinking during the hiatus caused by coronavirus.
Like Doswell in last week’s NLP, Chapple believes Non-League’s top flight should be split into north and south divisions.
