BANBURY United won’t let the lack of fans derail their history- making mission of reaching the second round.
The Puritans have reached this stage for the first time in 47 years after a late turnaround victory over minnows Bury Town.
The Southern League Premier Central side have been drawn at home to Step 4 club Canvey Island, but the tie will be played behind closed doors – as well as on BBC digital platforms – despite both ‘non-elite’ clubs being able to welcome fans for league matches.
