MORRIS’ ARM OF THE LAW

FORMER Worsbrough Bridge Athletic boss Lee Morris been appointed as the new manager of Armthorpe Welfare.
Morris replaces Mike Carmody, who quit with Welfare struggling near the foot of Northern Counties East Division One.
Former Rotherham United and Chesterfield striker Morris, who also played for Matlock Town, Buxton, Worksop Town and Harrogate Town and managed at Frickley Athletic and Goole AFC, said: “I am very pleased to be joining a great club like Armthorpe Welfare who are a side I’ve had great battles with during my time as both a player and a manager.”
