NORTH WEST Counties League chairman Paul Lawler has written to The FA asking them to put club survival ahead of trying to complete the season in order to fulfil promotion and relegation.
Two thirds of the league’s member clubs find themselves in Tier 3 under the post-lockdown regulations, while the remainder are in Tier 2.
With their three divisions including Greater Manchester and Liverpool, the North West Counties are probably the worst affected of all the Step 5 and leagues.
