FRUSTRATED Farsley Celtic boss Adam Lakeland said his team were ambushed by a late change that saw them play their FA Trophy match at Solihull Moors on a 3G training pitch.
The National League side stormed to a 4-0 win but Lakeland insisted that the situation was a “joke” with some of his players having to borrow boots to play!
“It is embarrassing for a full-time professional club to handle the whole situation like they have today. I think it’s pathetic,” he said.
