GATESHEAD have become the latest club to answer the prayers of inactive lower league players by securing a loan deal for two local defenders.
The Heed have signed pair Blair Adams and Dillon Morse from northeast neighbours South Shields on month-long deals while the Northern Premier League season remains inactive.
A South Shields statemet said: “Both players remain a firm part of the club’s long-term plans.
“We wish them both well for their spell at the International Stadium and look forward to seeing them back in Shields colours at the earliest opportunity.”
