WHEN Che Adams lines up to face England at Wembley on Friday, the Scotland striker is unlikely to reflect long on his formative years at Oadby Town.

But Lee Harriman, his manager at Wigston Road, can remember every moment of the 16-year-old’s sparkling debut season.
“Anyone – and I mean anyone – could see he had talent,” says the former Coalville Town boss, who led the Poachers from 2011 until 2015. “Some of the goals he scored. The way he moved the ball. It was a privilege to watch him, even at that age.”
