ALMONDSBURY TOWN have named Joe White as their new manager, replacing Neil Bailey, who recently left due to work commitments after 500 games as a player for the club.
The Western League club’s chairman, Mike Blessing, was pleased to have retained the services of the experienced former manager Jeff Meacham, who will assist White’s coaching team at the Bristol club.
White is a former Bristol Rovers and Yate Town striker who first joined the ambitious Division One outfit as a player in July 2010. He is the son of former Chippenham Town boss Steve White.
