AFC TELFORD United have landed National League title-winner Elliott Durrell on a one-year deal.
It’s a second spell for the 31-year-old with the Bucks having signed for them in 2007 from Hednesford Town.
After returning to Hednesford, he earned a full-time move to Wrexham in 2014 before later joining Tamworth and Chester.
The attacking midfielder was a big part of Macclesfield Town’s title triumph in 2017- 18 and helped Altrincham to promotion through the National League North play-offs in 2019-20. Last season he rejoined Wrexham before having his contract cancelled by mutual consent in April.
Telford boss Gavin Cowan said: “Elliott is a fantastic addition to the squad, a player who is proven at this level and above who we know well. He will add significantly to our attacking threat and we’re excited to have him with us.”
