FORMER Thatcham Town player Gareth Thomas has taken over responsibility for Combined Counties Premier new-boys Tadley Calleva‘s first team.
Thomas fills the gap left by Adam Clark, who has stood down as boss due to work commitments.
With the Tadders moving sideways from the Sydenhams Wessex Premier after 17 years, Clark, who took over from Danny Dolan in May 2019, said the time was right for someone else to take over at Barlow’s Park.
Clark said that Thomas was the right man for the job because of his managerial and coaching experience, and contacts.
