■ CHASETOWN shattered the dreams of their Staffordshire neighbours in the first quarter.
Uttoxeter’s best chance came in the opening minute, but from the moment the Scholars took the lead six minutes later it was one-way traffic.
The opener came when visiting keeper Jack Tolley handled outside his area and Joey Butlin curled home a free-kick. Liam Kirton fired home the second and Ryan Wynter’s header made it 3-0.
