WEDNESDAY night fixtures always seem to provide slim pickings but there are one or two interesting matches to choose from this time round. It is then I spot a game in the Central Midlands League at Dearne & District: a new ground for me. It is only a short hop up the motorway, too, so that’s where I decide to visit.
