CLUB secretary James Davies has apologised after an administration error brought an end to Lower Breck’s FA Vase campaign.
The North West Counties League club marched into the first round with a thumping 5-0 win over Swallownest.
But it was later discovered a substitute, who came on with ten minutes to go with his team 4-0 up, was ineligible.
Swallownest have been reinstated to host Birtley Town.
