JOSEPH Boachie and Samson Esan netted before half-time to give Potters Bar Town all three points from their trip to North London.
After a promising opening spell, Wingate were unable to convert their chances and were dmade to pay for their profligacy by the Scholars’ excellent first-half.
Scholars striker Boachie opened the scoring after 14 minutes with a powerful right footed effort from outside the box into the top left corner.
