At 35, Hungerford Town’s Danny Robinson may fall into the young manager’s category. But he’s been picking teams since he was 20 years old at Burghclere.
It's a long way from the Andover & District Saturday League to the National League South play-off places.
Since then his management path has taken him to Winchester City Reserves, Alresford Town, Thatcham Town – where his side won the FA Vase and Hellenic League title double – and now the Crusaders.
