NEWCASTLE Benfield have parted company with manager Stuart Elliott after nearly three years in charge.
Elliott, 44, who began his career as a schoolboy at Arsenal before becoming a Newcastle United apprenticeship and later played for Darlington, Exeter City, Plymouth Argyle, York City, Northwich Victoria and Grays Athletic.
He took over at Benfield in February 2019 and has steered the club to mid-table in Northern League Division One.
