STEVE Watson says Chester can learn a lot from his new assistant Steve McNulty.
The 38-year-old veteran centre-back teamed up with new boss Watson this week after leaving Witton Albion where he had been player coach since August 2020.
McNulty has won no fewer than six promotions with four different clubs – Barrow, Fleetwood, Luton and Tranmere Rovers – and also captained Watson’s York City side two seasons ago.
